Nav Sync (the App) is a Shopify application that allows merchants to migrate and manage navigation menus between Shopify stores. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Store authentication data
When you install Nav Sync, Shopify provides us with an access token for your store. We store this token to authenticate API requests on your behalf. We also store your store's .myshopify.com domain.
Store connection data
When you connect two stores, we store a record of that connection, including the domain names of both stores, a Shopify charge ID, and a timestamp.
We do not collect, store, or process any personal data about your customers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your data is used solely to operate the App.
We use the following sub-processors:

Session tokens are deleted when you uninstall the App. Store connection records are retained for billing record purposes but contain no personal data.
If you or your customers are located in the EEA or UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
